Compare loading method, material behavior and support equipment while preserving unresolved configuration dimensions.
The 621 and elevating 623 use different loading arrangements. Evaluate the material, cut conditions, haul distance and support-machine plan using the exact machine manuals. An elevator changes how material enters the bowl and adds components to maintain; it does not guarantee performance in every soil or fragment size.
The current 623 literature contains conflicting overall height and width figures. Those dimensions remain unresolved instead of being silently chosen. Its cutting width is also different from inside-bowl width. Obtain a matched configuration drawing before using the record for transport planning or a tight working corridor.
Inspect the bowl, floor, apron and cutting edges on both machines. On the 623, add elevator flights, chains, drives and adjustment hardware. On the 621, confirm the intended loading support and installed equipment. Build the cost comparison around the whole loading and haul cycle, including repairs and support-machine time.
Generation/configuration-aware: measurement basis and reference configuration travel with each value. A difference in basis is not treated as a performance difference.
